Service Description
Full medical consultation including previous treatments tried. Full discussion on the treatment options available. Cold temperature treatments are incredible for reducing inflammation and symptomatic relief. Payment for consultation can be used towards a deposit for your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of my work and the requirement to order prescribed items for appointments in advance I have had to put a cancellation policy in place for late cancellations or no show appointments. I am very flexible and understanding due to my potential need to reschedule due to my family commitments but this would always be with as much notice as possible. If you feel like you cannot make your appointment please contact me and I am more than happy to reschedule your appointment however if you do not show with no prior contact unfortunately your deposit will not be refunded.
